House update!

The rain and ice pushed us back a couple weeks so of course, our move in had been pushed back by a month! Just a part of the process. I’d like to start talking about this homestead building process with yall more because it’s been a journey and we haven’t even started the interior design process. Where would yall like me to start? The construction loan process? Why a modular home? Cost? Unexpected cost? So many topics I can get into lol
